Ember is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future Claude updates, a warm cache, complete summaries, or particular usage savings.

Your use and usage

You are responsible for how you use Ember, the settings you choose, and any Claude plan usage or API costs it incurs. Refreshes and summaries are model requests made through your own sessions. Review important work and keep appropriate backups.

You are also responsible for complying with the terms of your Claude plan and other services you use. Automated requests may be restricted by those terms.

Independent of Anthropic

Ember is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are Anthropic products. Ember relies on undocumented Claude desktop behavior that can change.
